There was a 1:1 interview with my supervisor. I was asked a lot of questions about integrity and "what if" scenarios. I was offered the position on the spot conditionally pending background check and reference check. It did take me 2 months to get the interview and 1 more month to start the orientation process.

You get two interviews first with HR or some one elss then you go to Sr. Director. Everyone gets hired very easy. They seem desperate to have someone to watch the indiciduals.

The hiring process was very simple. Since they struggle to hire people, they are just happy that you showed up. They sure appreciate you a lot and everybody is nice and friendly. But unfortunately, that doesn't pay the bills.

I was interviewed by the program director as well as the executive director. two separate interviews on the same day. Interview process was very simple, they just ask about your background with working with people with disabilities. I didn't have any experience, but as long as you have a degree or experience working in any field you will be okay. They need people.
