The interview process includes several stages: an initial screening, an interview with the engineering manager, a couple of technical rounds, and finally an interview with the CEO/CTO.
The technical rounds are challenging, but they’re practical and relevant no pointless algorithm trivia or “gotcha” questions. The skills they assess are actually applicable to the day-to-day work.
