Very professional but laid back and felt relaxed. I started my interview with a 2 hour on unit shadow experience with a current employee. This gave me a feel for the flow, work culture, and type of unit I was applying for. I then proceeded to the managers office, where we talked for about an hour. I had an offer a few days later.
