I only interviewed with the recruiter/headhunter. I sent my resume and I also had to do a 2-minute video answering a few questions on my experience and what are some qualities that I appreciate in a team member.

Super fun process! Started out as a group interview with a panel from Duke Energy and about 5 other interviewees. Then we went into breakout sessions to walk through our portfolios and work through a design challenge given to us by Duke Energy.
