I did one in November, it's all written, one part is about calculating fares on different stages, part two was to complete a written report on what you would do if you received a complaint from a customer about another customer smoking upstairs on the bus. And part three was multiple choice questions. You just mark them 1 to 5 in the order you would thing was the best way you would respond or act to the situation.

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Dublin Bus (Dublin, Dublin)

Interview

Process took a few months, firstly there was a written assessment involving writing a report and a basic maths exam, afterwards there were aptitude and psychometric tests. If successful we were invited for a driving assessment of 1 hour around Dublin city and an interview with two members of management - one from HR the other a garage manager. If successful we underwent a thorough medical before an offer of employment was made.
