One step interview with one-to-one conversation with the Latin America Sourcing & Logistics Director, which already knew me because we had worked together in three other opportunities before, so the interview was just a formality to adjust scope of work and goals, but the main discussion was around salary and benefits once I had been working for 10 years as a consultant for that organization.
