I sent in a job application and within a few days was reached out to by a recruiter at DroneSeed who set up a screener interview. After the interview, the recruiter set up two more calls each with an executive team member (we mutually decided in the screener interview that a different role would be a better fit than the job I applied for). The recruiter then set up a 2nd interview that was a "topgrading" / CV interview. After that the recruiter set me up with a final interview that was a panel, each hour with a different person, and each one asking a series of behavioral questions followed by a generous amount of time left for discussion/questions. After that, they asked for references. After that, I was sent an offer letter! There were also a couple more calls with the CEO and people I would be working with prior to signing the offer, and I was even able to come into the office for a tour which was a lot of fun (I was already local so didn't have to fly into town or anything). This entire process took around 1 month from start to finish, the recruiting team was incredibly responsive, professional, and kind throughout... I was very impressed!
