      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dreamworld (Gold Coast) in Mar 2017

      Interview

Found the job listing through an online job board and applied - online applications only required work history and some details relevant to the role. Received an invitation for an interview 1 week after applying, with multiple times available for a group interview. Interview had ~25 people, and there were 3 activities that we had to do. Mainly trying to gauge how you would interact with others and find out a bit about your personality. 1. Play a game in a 'drama' game as a big group, which involved going around a circle and reacting to 3 commands. If you made a mistake with the command, you were 'out' and had to sit down. 2. Partnered up with someone else within the group and had to learn a few things about them. Afterwards, asked to introduce this person to the group and tell them about the things you learnt. 3. Split into groups of ~5, and were asked to write a song about Dreamworld - basically rewrite the words to a previous song, then get up and present it as a group. Encouraged to really get into it and get creative about it. After, a bit of paperwork (availability, etc.) and some basic competency questions (spelling, maths, etc.) and then we were free to go.

      Ride Attendant Interview

      12 Jan 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Upper Coomera
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dreamworld (Upper Coomera) in Aug 2015

      Interview

First process is a casting call, a quick 5 minute chat to see who you are, then you wait a max of 2 weeks to get a email to see if you get through or not, if you do it's then a group interview and a few really easy tests of English and maths (the maths one is the ride counts eg u have 20 people on your ride, you have had 40 people on your ride so far so add them up and the total is 60), they play a few games to see how you interact with other people, I found the group interview really fun

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why do you want to work at dreamworld, what can you bring to them team, do you have a car, do you have any tattoos on your hands
