I recently participated in an interview process at Dreams Technology, and regrettably, it was one of the most disorganized and unpleasant experiences I have encountered. Clear communication, professionalism, and respect for candidates are crucial. The client's approach lacked structure and professionalism. They rescheduled the final round of interviews nearly four times. Finally, they provided a statement indicating that I was selected and that the paperwork was ongoing, assuring me that I would be updated once it was completed. Consequently, I waited for over two weeks. After this period, I contacted HR, who informed me that I had not been shortlisted. How is it possible that the previously given statement was reversed? This kind of attitude is extremely unprofessional. I firmly believe that companies should respect candidates' time and ensure a fair interview process with transparency.
