The day of my interview there were train strikes but we managed to have a remote interview which was fine but the interview dates should have been rescheduled due to the train strikes. This already caused unnecessary stress ahead of the interview and something totally out of the candidates hands. Ahead of the interview I was given an assessment which was straightforward and clear. After, I joined the interview. I was very confident in my approach at first , but when answering the questions one of the female interviewers was smirking and ridiculing me as I spoke so I completely lost concentration - so I knew the interview was about to go downhill from there. I think they already made their minds when I joined. I rather not attend an interview, if its not going to be a professional/nice experience.
