Three rounds: 1. Initial screening with recruiter 2. Interview with the director of Product Management 3. Onsite interview Interviews weren't too hard. Initial screening with recruiter was behavioral. Director of PM interview was about my background related to product management. Onsite interview included a case study and a brainstorming session for a new product. Met with multiple people from the product management team and they fed me lunch which was nice. However, there were a few negatives from the interview process: -Only met with men (stood out to me as a woman) -Had to reach out to the recruiter three weeks after my onsite to get rejected -Did not get any feedback from the recruiter except that my "qualifications did not match" which is hard to believe that I got all the way to the final round interview for them to realize I did not have the proper qualifications
