First Interview is over the phone and it starts right from the moment you pick up the phone. The moment you say "Hello" they start asking question, so be prepared to be focused and ready to answer questions. Also, I am not sure if it is just me or no, but they don't like hiring immigrants at all. The moment they heard my accent they started asking me questions like "why I changed my name", "where I am from" and other questions that actually made me feel uncomfortable. In the end of the call they told me they will give me an answer in a week, but they never called me back.
