It was a standard interview. The HR rep went off an interview worksheet.
Some of the questions:
How would you solve over/under communication issues within your department?
Tell about a time when... you had to deal with a difficult employee... had to resolve a conflict etc.
After the 1:1 interview with the HR rep, I went on a tour of the factory with the company's operations manager. The purpose of the tour is for him to grasp your aptitude for the processes they use.
