I interviewed at Dow for their Public Affairs Development Program in November. The first interview was with the potential supervisor and two graduates of the program that were still working for Dow. After I moved forward from that round, I completed an assignment that took me 4-5 hours of work (about 1000 words), followed by interviewing with five people (scheduled from 8am to 4pm in one day with breaks). I was told I would hear in about two weeks, and followed up with the potential supervisor after a few days had passed since that expected notification date. I didn't receive any sort of correspondence until an automated email came in late January (almost 3 months later) notifying me that I had not been selected for the position. I found this pretty unprofessional and rather frustrating after I'd invested a lot of time into the process.
