I met with 2 Dow employees in my school career center for an in-person interview. Most questions were in the STAR format and based off of team experiences and leadership skills. They got back to me about the position in 2 weeks.

Interview
It was a very laid back interview with some of the nicest interviewers. There were three candidates from Dow interviewing me for the accounting intern position. They asked about 3 behavioral questions and expected you have some questions to ask them at the end. Just be yourself and don’t over sweat the interview and you should do fine.

Interview
I applied through my university career portal and was offered an interview. The interview was behavioral, typical questions asked (tell me about yourself, why you chose accounting, etc). I was able to ask questions in the last 15 minutes of the interview, which in total took 45 minutes. Post interview I had to fill out a survey through their online career portal describing my team management skills. Not a big deal; it's more like a personality quiz. A few days later I got a call from the hiring manager telling me I landed an internship. Overall the process was quick and efficient.
