After applying it was a 2 round process: screening with HR and then a panel interview with the reliability leader, tech center representative and other reliability engineers. Took about a week to hear back on the decision
I applied online. I interviewed at Dow (Freeport, TX)
Interview
I was invited to a two day job opening fair that was informative, interactive, and supportive with encouragement to apply for many different roles that were available. The interview review technique used was called 'one to one'. The interviewers / interviewees both ranked their desired candidate / role from one to five. HR personnel matched the candidates to the open roles looking for that 'one to one' match.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dow (Freeport, TX) in May 2018
Interview
It was a day and half event with a late afternoon arrival to the hotel followed by a meet and greet in the early evening of all the representatives from different production sites.
Each site a had a promotional table display highlighting the benefits of their location and available open positions while Hors d'oeuvres were served.
At the end of the meet and greet, the candidates handed in a slip of paper of the 4 roles (w/location) they were interested in being considered for an interview.
The representatives from the sites did the same with the candidates they spoke with at the meet and greet.
The following morning, the candidates check out of their hotel rooms and gathered in a large hall to receive their interview schedule that consisted of two sessions in the morning, a break for lunch then two more sessions in the afternoon. All the interviews took place is smaller rooms throughout the building.
The matches for interviews were based on both the candidates' role interests (ranked 1-4) and the representatives ranking of candidates (1-4).
After the last interview in the afternoon session, the candidates again ranked from 1-4 the role that they would like to have based on the interviews and conversely the site representatives did the same ranking of the candidates interviewed.
Within a few days, offers would be made to the candidates who had a 1 to 1 match first and other offers would follow based on remaining open positions.
