Had interviews with 9 different people spanning 3 locations. Questions were concise and pointed. Interviewers were professional yet witty. The team of interviewers were not only inerested in what i knew but how I applied what I knew. There were general interest questions that assessed my personality fit with the rest of the team. Also, they are interested in community service and involvement. They, though several thousands of people, are more of a family and oriented company than some smaller companys. It can be intimidating sitting across a table of several interviewers, however there was never more than two in a room and never "them against you" situation. Someone always was next to you. Another method was to walk and talk. Discussing what you were encountering. This made for a more truthful insight of what kind of person, and employee I would be since I was more relaxed.
