They asked me situational questions like what would you do in this situation. The employers were friendly. There were two interviewers. One asked questions, one person wrote down the responses.

The hiring process was very simple. We through a standard hiring process. The interview was conducted by two people, the nurse and director. At the end of the interview both stepped out and came to a mutual decision to hire me on the spot.
