Phone interview, online test, and then an in-person interview. The time in between the steps took a while, it was not a very fast process. It could have been smoother.

Hypothetical question about birth/death rates in population
Easy home assignment, afterwards very hard interview…. Too bad they are not asking the right questions in the interview and instead looking for other things which are not related to the job
First interview with the hiring manager, had to solve analytic cases and think about fraud schemes as well as demonstrate understanding of ad-tech and programmatic ad platforms. Second interview with the director and then HR.

Describe two fraud schemes to falsify impressions in a website
Home test, then telephone call asking about the hometest. Then an interview with team lead, and after 1 week interview with HR.
Hometest- look for abnomalities in data (web-site traffic).
