Dorset County Hospital interview questions

Applied on TRAC, got an interview, was asked to do a storyboard for an edi course. I presented this storyboard, walking them through my thought process. It was relatively smooth

I was looking for a remote job and applied to this one as they wrote in the job post ‘Home or remote working’ but was invited to interview in person, despite the fact that I live 5 hours away-and my details were on the application form. After enquiring if the interview could be done online I was told that the position required a regular in person attendance in the office so this was very clearly a hybrid position. Massively wasted my time as I tried to put in a good application. Not sure why companies keep doing this, it’s happened to me numerous times but it shows incompetence and just being very out of touch.
