There was an initial 30 minute phone interview with an HR rep. Then there was an hour long Microsoft Teams technical interview with two engineers where I was asked to answer some questions about C and solve some simple programming questions. The final phase was a two hour on site interview. One hour was a behavioral interview with a program manager and then the second hour was with an engineer and was listed as a technical interview but it ended up being more behavioral.

Question 1
What makes you a better fit for this role than other candidates?
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at DornerWorks (Grand Rapids, MI) in Oct 2020
Interview
I met with several engineers back-to-back, one at a time. Then I met with a manager. The questions ranged from technical to personal. The whole process took about an hour and a half.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DornerWorks
Interview
DornerWorks was 30 minutes late for an initial phone interview. No apology was given. They seemed to think it was funny they didn't start the interview on time. Questions were very basic because time was limited. Quickly lost interest due to the poor interview process.
