I interviewed for a role at Dorchester Collection as Reservations specialist, italian speaking and went through four stages of interviews: 1 hour interview online, a written test both in english and italian (this was the second language i would use at work), a phone call to prove i can speak the second language that i would use (italian) and a face to face interview with a certain silvia and marina. Unfortunately I never received any feedback or update afterward. The process was long, it took around 5 weeks in total for a job as reservation specialist italian speaking that pays less than what required to live in london. Candidates invest significant time preparing for multiple rounds, so clearer communication from the recruitment team would be appreciated. It's not fair to not receive at least a constructive feedback
