The process was pretty easy, I met with two of their employees and they asked about my background and what projects I had worked on previously. After the first round of interviews I met with the CEO and chatted with him about the expectations of the job.

Interview
I had a brief phone interview followed by a video call and a task assignment. I was told the interview would take about 2 hours, but it lasted around 3.5 hours (only because I had to go. They wanted me to keep going on a second task). I was required to design a website landing page for the actual business. I understand the idea of tasks as part of an interview but it should never be based on the actual business. That is unprofessional and I felt taken advantage of.
