Doowon Automotive interview questions

They will call you to attend the interview. When you go there, HR and Technical interviews they conduct. They will finalize few people and say you got selected and will send the offer letter. After a week you will call them and won't attend your calls and if you message them they say please wait. After 2 weeks call them and they say your profile under process please wait. after a month the same repeats, after a period of 2 months, when they lift your call by chance they say sorry your profile was not selected if we have any vacancy we will inform you. (for what to waste my another 2 months time?) They won't even inform you and they will waste your time for sure. (Dear HR management, what is wrong with you? can't you even inform the candidates that you are not selected when you choose another person over? why do you think to waste precious time by saying please wait, please wait. In this world we are trying our best to get job and day by day our graduated period is extending and you simple waste one person life by not informing the right information. HR if you don't have the courage to give a right explanation to job seeker don't give false hope to him waste his time. If you give correct information he will try for another one?
