I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DoorDash (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2020
Interview
Interviewed for multiple roles at Doordash. Sometimes the hiring manager has reached out directly, other times the recruiter has. Once I applied directly via a referral and I didn't even get an acknowledgment or a formal rejection.
Be prepared to go through multiple interviews -- the whole process from initial call with the recruiter all the way to 3-4 behavioral interviews - sometimes clubbed together, sometimes one per week. Then there's a case exercise + presentation and more interviews.
I've gone through multiple such cycles, all the interviews seemed to go well, only to be told they've decided to go with other candidates and can't provide feedback to due to "Company policy." Most of the times these rejections came after they found out I would require visa sponsorship.
Overall, the experience was really poor and I would caution anyone applying here to be wary that the process can be long with an unfavorable outcome and no feedback.

The basic behavioral questions.
You can recycle the same analytics exercise - they should ideally make you skip that step if you've already passed it in a previous round
