I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DoorDash in Oct 2024
Interview
Interview process is pretty standard. The stages go: (1) HR screening, (2) take-home case study, (3) behavioral interviews, and (4) case / behavioral interviews with more senior members of the team. Behaviorals mainly just asked about my experience and follow-ups to dig into the projects I've done. In the last round, one of the interviews was almost completely a case, however, it was relatively simple and easy to predict based on the team I was interviewing with. The very last interview was with the most senior person and was very laid back. Overall, I enjoyed the interview process and thought that I did very well, however, I was met with a rejection. I will say that the process was quite lengthy, however, the HR reps were keen on getting me through the process as quick as possible
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DoorDash (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
This is absolutely the worst interview process I've ever been through. Went through a recruiter call and 2 phone calls. Did a case study that took forever to do. I then talked to 5 other people on the team
