Four rounds of technical interviews
each round was technical except the last one which was manegerial
they asked implement question, oop questions but no coding question.
task was to write code not to execute it
3 rounds: interactive coding, Leetcode coding, and engineering values.
The first two rounds are technical, 1 hour each, then a 30-minute break, and the 30-minute third round for behavioral questions
First round involves analyzing the causes behind long Dasher wait times and proposing data-driven solutions to reduce delays. Second round focuses on designing effective metrics to evaluate Dasher performance comprehensively.
