Very structured, typical process, expectations were relatively well laid out. Screen interview, several interviews with people on the team, a case study, followed by follow-up interviews. Overall pretty typical. The case study involved two components: an analysis of a data set to do a cohort analysis, as well as a M&A valuation on a public company. The instructions for both were relatively vague, and HR was not very helpful in answering questions to clarify. You receive 48 hours to do the case studies.

Three phases. HR screen, call with member of the team, then case study which you present to leaders on the corporate development team. The screening questions and team intereviews are pretty generic.
