I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DoorDash in Jul 2021
Interview
There was a phone screening followed by a data analysis and SQL 'exercise'. They stated it would take me 4-6 hours.....try 8. I turned it in on the excel format they sent me and that seemed ok because I moved onto the third round which was two interviews back to back, a behavioral and a case study. The gentleman I did the case study with didn't give me much to go on, so it was a little difficult. Didn't make it to the final round

Case Study: If DoorDash was expanding from San Fran into another city within the US, where should they expand to?

They were simply looking for free labor under the guise of opportunity. The case studies appear to be deceptive and resemble current business data, raising concerns about legitimacy and intent.
