I applied online. I interviewed at DoorDash (New York, NY) in Apr 2020
Interview
Only had the initial screening process, the recruiter knew nothing about the company culture or the New York City office location. She called out of Phoenix and could barely answer any questions related to the role. Rather, she spent the entire time asking if I would be comfortable cold calling and upselling existing clients. Although I said yes, she had little insight to the inner workings of the company. Overall, it felt as if she had been handed a two sentence rundown of the role, and told to hire the first person who said yes and asked no questions.
