I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DoorDash
Interview
Round 1: 30 minute call with recruiting coordinator. Basic background to see if you're the person in your CV
Round 2: take home case. Big CSV file and the purposefully vague prompt: "what can we do better?" - takes 8-12 hours (i suppose you can cut corners though)
Round 3: two back to back interviews i) "Case" made of distinct business related questions (e.g., what metrics to select a good merchant, a bad merchant?), ii) Behaviorals, typical questions
Round 4: (I didn't make it this far) more behaviorals, apparently
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Take home case - what can we do better?
Verbal case - what metrics would you prioritize for in selecting a merchant?
Behavioral - when have you owned a project from start to end? When has a project not gone to plan? etc.
Thank you very much for your feedback. We greatly appreciate your perspective on the DoorDash interview process. If you have any additional feedback please email recruiting@doordash.com.

Interview
They were simply looking for free labor under the guise of opportunity. The case studies appear to be deceptive and resemble current business data, raising concerns about legitimacy and intent.

Question 1
They asked basic questions. Best question was how to lead a project.
