Very well organized, excellent feedback. Relevant questions asked. A general sense of trust and acknowledgment of candidates as prospective partners and not numbers to get through. All in all a great experience.

I did the onsite for Doordash. I was given the focus are ahead of time so it was good to know what type of questions they would ask.
Everything was good in the interview for the most part, However, pretty bad candidate experience from Doordash on the delivery of onsite feedback. The recruiter never got back to me until i followed up 3 times after a week of doing the onsite interview. I finally got a response after a week with a rejection template. When asked to follow up for a call, she completed went dark on me.
If they're going to treat candidates like that in the post-interview experience, I can't imagine how they treat their employees.
