Process very quick and smooth. Make me feel wanted and want to contribute straight away. Overall, interview approach was friendly and genuine, and people care a lot about culture compatibility.
The recruiter interview was peculiar, he mostly asked questions that could have been answered via email. He had distracting noises in background and seemed very nonchalant. He gave an appreciated honest answer about how he felt about the company.
