Interviewer asked questions off of printed paper. Was a little intimidating to have 3 people in room. One person knew a lot about the position and was encouraging and comforting.

Interview
The interview was 1 hour. There were four people on interview panel. Many situational questions and questions about how to work with landowners. The panel was very upfront and let you know when you answered a question incorrectly.
