Thorough interview process, including behavior based questions and a project. The process was undermined by a leader that was completely disinterested in being in the final interview. The rest of the team had a lot of enthusiasm but this last interviewer was beyond disengaged.

The interview process was straightforward and well structured. They ask questions about your background and try to determine whether you'd fit at Donut. My interviewer was kind and the process overall was great.

1 hour long technical interview with tech lead.
It was more focused on real world problems you might face on the job (optimization, etc) than data structures and algorithms, which I found refreshing.
