Interview
After submitting the online application I received an email within the week to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 10 minutes, she asked me what I thought the position consisted of, and then explained it to me in more detail. She asked why I wanted the job, and how my previous experience is relevant. She then scheduled me for a group interview the following week.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The group interview was about two hours long- most of it was a presentation of the organization and who they work with. We were asked three questions- what we think are important qualities in a fundraiser, why we would be a good fundraiser and we were also asked to make a sales pitch. (it could be anything- it didn't have to be for a charity)
I applied online. I interviewed at Donorworx (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview process is extremely short, no more than 10 mins. For my interview, the guy was dressed extremely casual and basically read the questions from a script. Depending on what nonprofit you are fundraising for you may want to do a little research on them. With that said, I didn't get any question pertaining to the actual nonprofit organization we would fundraise on behalf of. Honestly, if you answer yes to all the questions you'll get hired.
