First initial interview from HR, then before proceeding to the final interview, you will be toured around the production and also to the department to meet future colleagues and then trial in the production. After than when you passed it, the head of the department will interview together with the operations manager and the plant manager. took month before calling for requirements.

Mainly you must have connection inside. Interview with human resource department first, have exam, interview with the heads, operations manager and plant manager who is korean. You must apply with the job that fits you.
