The interview process felt quite unstructured and unprofessional. There was little to no formal communication from HR throughout the process, and instead of a clearly defined interview, I was called for an in-person meeting with the CEO that felt more like an informal coffee chat than an actual assessment.
A significant part of the conversation involved probing for insider information about organizations I had previously worked with, which I found uncomfortable and inappropriate. While I remained careful and professional in my responses, the interaction itself felt less focused on evaluating my skills and more on gathering opinions and industry insights.
Overall, there did not seem to be a clear hiring process or candidate experience framework in place. I also did not feel taken seriously during the interaction, which made the experience unpleasant and disappointing.
