I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Domo (American Fork, UT)
Interview
At least 8 different interviews. Several qualifying rounds by phone. Multi-step onsite interview with a wide variety of questions. Some easy and feel-out questions. Some are very tough "there is no right answer" case interviews. They look for very sharp, right fit, "I want to go in and kill it and I can prove I can" style commandos.

Question 1
Tell me about a technology product that has a large market awareness and market share, that you know doesn't do a good enough job.
- Had 4 to 5 phone interviews which went really well.
- Asked to go on-site at their HQ in Utah for a day of in-person interviews. Met 5 to 6 people. Again, all interviews/conversations went really well.
- Followed up with thank you notes to each interviewer.
- Domo / recruiting team / hiring manager went completely dark with ZERO communication for 10 days. After 10 days, their internal recruiter called and left a message at 8:00 AM ET (6:00 AM for their recruiter in Utah) to discuss specifically "next steps and offer details". I called back and left a message. After 2-3 days of no response, I followed up with an email to their recruiter - just in case he didn't get my voicemail - still no response. Two days after that, I sent a note to the hiring manager - NO response from him either.
Needless to say - they didn't have enough professionalism to provide feedback/update/status of the process at all.
Well-funded company, great press coverage, great executive leadership, cool products, etc. but their HR operations seem lackluster at best.
