The second stage was a video interview with the hiring manager. It was more in-depth, with technical and situational questions relevant to the role. However, the interviewer seemed a bit rushed and distracted, which made it hard to gauge their interest.
The final round was a panel interview with two team members. They asked thoughtful questions, but one of them seemed uninterested or disengaged.
