Brief, casual, and to the point. You sit down and get right to it. You will usually just be asked about yourself and it is really to feel out who you are. Since you work with a team its important for them to know what kind of person you are.
The interview process only talks about availability. I usually just be myself and always get the job due to my previous experience and attitude. Honestly, this company seems to care only about labor. They will always screw you over.

Quick face-to-face, onsite interview. A lot of questions in a very relaxed atmosphere. They made me very comfortable and seemed eager to listen and let me know they would be in contact with me to finalize everything.

Interview of 30 minutes consisting of questions regarding work experience in the branch and work ethic. It was more of a lecture and walking through the system and process of the work.
