Interview Process:
I went through two rounds of interviews for the Senior Scrum Master role. The process was managed by Manpower agency, who initially appeared professional and transparent. However, the overall experience with both the client and the agency turned out disappointing.
After the first round, I was told feedback would be provided within a week, but updates kept being delayed for nearly four weeks due to “no feedback from the hiring manager.” After the final round, I waited another week before being informed that Domino’s had decided to move forward with another candidate.
Surprisingly, within a week of that update, the same position was reposted by Manpower, but at a salary range around 30–35% lower than initially communicated. To add to the confusion, another recruiter from the same agency later reached out to me on LinkedIn for the same role. When I mentioned that I had already gone through the interview process but was open to retrying, the recruiter went silent.
Concerns:
Very long and drawn-out process (2.5 months for just two rounds, June to August 2025).
Feedback timelines not honored — multiple weeks of silence.
Inconsistent and unclear salary communication (budget dropped by ~30–35%).
Poor coordination between Domino’s and Manpower — same role reposted within a week, and different recruiters unaware of prior candidates.
Takeaway:
This experience raised serious doubts about the transparency, coordination, and professionalism of both Domino’s and Manpower. As a candidate, it felt like my time and commitment were not respected.
Advice to Management:
Improve hiring coordination between HR and agencies, provide timely feedback, and ensure consistent communication. Be transparent about budgets and candidate status to maintain professional credibility.
