Interview
Long interview, you have to work in all of the departments before getting to your home department. It is a long process, don't get frustrated and stay with it. It will take a while for all the pieces to start to connect. But once you have a routine down, it gets easier.

It is a two step interview with operations managers. Very nice place to work. The interview is pretty normal compared to other places I have worked. Pretty basic questions get asked.

I interviewed with GM, AGM, and 2 Ops Managers. Asked the usual what would you do scenarios and what kind of experiences I had pertinent to the job. I interviewed with a panel, my first time, and was quite nervous, but felt at home quickly

We have OT scheduled this weekend, but I (the employee) do not/can not work... What do you do? And (the employee) did not care about the point system as they had perfect attendance up until this point.
