Introduction of what they stand for and asked me about myself and my schedule, flexibility, etc my preferences for working if called in. Super nice they are looking for dependable reliable workers who are willing to put in the effort.

Really quick and easy interview; hired on the spot. I just walked in and told the cashier in the front that I was there for an interview. Got a call for the interview about a week after applying online.
