Training was very straightforward.
Employer talked about the company and its missions.
There were no problem solving questions or scenarios asked.
Gave me the walk around of the store and what roles were available and what they would be doing with responsibilities

Easy for the most part. Took online personality test. Got approved by the district manager. Then went for a drug test and they did a background check. Because I applied for Keyholder position. I was offered more hours at the interview so I would not accept another job. The hours lasted one week and they dropped dramatically.

It was great. Good communication. I acknowledged how I would handle a return or even an irate customer. Guest service is of the most. Customer service is of the essence of a great run store. Have fun and appreciate all customers and help out with anything you can do.
