Applied online and was called in for an interview a week later. The interview was short only a handful of questions. I was called the next week to come in for my first day and to begin computer based training.
it was little to no process, I just applied and got a phone call to come in for an interview the next day. I was just asked basic questions and got the job, nothing difficult at all.

The typical interview process is very informal by the end of the interview. Almost desperate for recruits, which at the time seemed very concerning. Though now that I've been working here for more than 9 months I can see that people are often interchanged here a lot. The most time employees spend at this career is up to two years.
