Interview
Very organized and as described on DoiT's webpage. 4 step process of talking with TA Recruiter, Hiring Manager for Team, Technical Team, and Leadership. The tone was conservational throughout the interview cycle and focused on the opportunity, fit, and goals of the role and company. It was enjoyable, efficient, and made a positive impression on me before officially joining DoiT.

The interview process went smoothly, well organized and well communicated. All the interviewers were really pleasant and gave me the feeling I can express my self as I am in my natural way.

Interview
I met with the recruiter first. Then I had three consecutive interviews. After the recruiter, I had an interview with hiring manager. Then I interviewed with a Sr. Cloud Architect. My final interview was with the VP/Director of Client Services Operations. Everyone that I interviewed with made me feel comfortable during the process and they were all genuinely interested in my goals and helping me understand what the specifics of the role would be.
