Phone sreening inyerview followed by another phone/teams interview with hiring manager. Interview was easy, informal. Seem to be nice people, simple questions, open commentairy responsive to next steps in the process

Interview process was very unprofessional, they called for interview and they cancelled 10 min prior to in person interview.
Their reason was the hiring manager was busy, so it was a terrible experience.
