I spoke with a recruiter after some confusion on the timing (time zones) and it was a really easy conversation but ultimately was not the best fit for me. They just wanted to understand my background.

Standard HR phone screen then hiring manager. HM went bullet by bullet starting at the oldest role and had me explain it. I've been in sales for a decade and was never asked about any strategy or experience in overcoming objections, prospecting, etc just what I did at a BDR job 10 years ago.
