Interview rounds started with and intro call with the HR team, then I met with the hiring manager then I met with several peers and finished with a presentation with a panel for a final round.

Questions were varied and covered everything from background, career journey, technical experience and cultural questions
Typical screening to a Zoom call with the hiring manager to Senior leader to panel. Everything was pretty smooth and standardized. Nothing unexpected came up and the interviewers were all great.

Interview
Applied through website with an employee referral. 30 min screening with HR. Then 45 minute interview with department interim director. This was a strange one. They kept asking me non-marketing related questions. Felt more like I was being interviewed for a role on that Directors actual team rather than the marketing department they were filling in for.
